2. Process brief
The waste liquid with high concentration is pumped from distillation section to waste water treatment station, it enter the USR reactor for high temperature anaerobic after pretreatment (cooling, defecating and adjustment), the methane produced in anaerobic section is delivered to boiler for combustion or power to a methane generator, the waste liquid is delivered to the aerobic section for treatment after cooling and solid-liquid separating, after that, the waste water is discharged by reaching the standard. And the sludge could be used for fertilizer after dehydration.
3. Process characteristic
3.1 The anaerobic technology is proven and stable. Disposing per 1000kg ethanol waste liquid could produce 280~300m3 methane.
3.2 USR is fit for high-temperature anaerobic and high-SS anaerobic.
3.3 Biomass of IC reactor is large (up to 60g/L) and the sludge retention time is long. Because of the inside and outside circulating, the mass transfer has good effect. The inflow volume load factor in disposing organic effluent with high concentration could reach 20?35kgCOD/m3·d, and the IC reactor had strong shock resistance.
3.4 The sludge produced by IC could be sold outside.
3.5 With the DCS or PLC control system, the degree of automation is high and the operation is stable.
